    You may review the details and status of any order you have placed via Shopping Cart. Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, no changes can be made for any order once it has entered the shipping process.

  2. Problem with an Order? 

    If you notice something goes wrong with an order that is being made by BadmintonBay.com, we certainly want to help you. Please refer to the information below for more on how to proceed. 

    Did you receive a damaged or defective item? If the item has a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.  Click here to contact us. 

    Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.  Please indicate items that you didn't order, the number of items you're returning, and whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you. Click here to contact us. 

    Is there a missing item? Check the packing slip with your shipment. Sometimes we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip if there are multiple items in your order.  If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

    Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in Shopping Cart. Here you will find updated availability information.  Please click here to understand the order status.

  3. Cancel Items from an Order

    You can cancel your order for any item sold by Badminton Bay, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.  Please contact us immediately if the item is still showing “Pending” in Order History under My Order in My Account.  Please state your Order number and the reason to cancel your order.


    If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund. Please refer to “Problem with an Order” above

  4. Canceling Gift Certificates

    Orders for Gift Certificates cannot be canceled through My Account. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation request for such an order, please contact us to let us know how you would like to change your order. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

  5. Revising Shipping and Billing Information for an Order

    It's easy to revise shipping and billing information for an order you placed with Badminton Bay.  Before you checkout, you can change your shipping address, by clicking the Change Address on the Shipping Method page.

    If an order is marked as "Processing," this means it is being prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.

  6. Payment Declines

    If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge to your Paypal, please check with PayPal for your account. This may happen for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.
