Lee Chong Wei (LCW) and Lin Dan (LD) had been adversary for many years. This week they may have a chance to meet again in the All-England championship for the last time, as time caught up with both players (both in their early thirties).

Given the past recode LD had beaten LCW 25 times whereas LCW only won 12 times, if LD does reach a final against LCW he will be seeking a 26th victory and to win the All-England championship for the a seventh time.
