Giving 5/5 for customer service , very responsive especially when you contact them in their whatsapp.. I bought zig zag speed 3 strung with Yonex BG80 @ 27lbs, it didn't meet my expectations of the hitting sound but performance is amazing. Very light yet can deliver hard smashes. Yonex quality but much cheaper.
