I recently bought 3 APACS FORCE II MAX rackets and was concerned of the shipping time to Manitoba Canada, as I have a club tournament on the 31st December and needed rackets for this date. After. Quick email Mike helped me get my new rackets restrung and delivered Canada within 4 days very very impressed by the service. My only complaint would be during the stringing of the rackets two were with white and one was with red strings, all strung perfectly but I like to have them all the exact same to avoid any favoring rackets( an old habit from my competition days). I will 100% buy from here again as the service was 5* very impressed overall!

The zig zag speed one I received is a broken and then fixed racket. The other two is fine. I di got a pair of abroz socks and a pen as extra gift which is great.. But I would demand a partially refund or a replacement if it is possible since a broken racket is not really possible to find someone to restring later here.

Rackets arrived in good condition and string tension was as ordered. Grips supplied were of good quality. Overall very pleased with the purchase. Rackets are a tad head heavy perfect for the power game. Will purchase again.

From communicating that my racquets were out for stringing to when it was handed over to the courier I was kept in the loop. I was so impressed with the speed the items arrived and loved that they had put the string tension number I had requested on the bottom of the racquet. It was reassuring to know that my request was actually noted and implemented. This is a far cry compared to a local shop where I had also recently purchased a racquet from.
