I wanted a different grip wrap than the offered one. To my surprise this company's agent did fulfil my wish. A company that cared about me as their customer. Consequently I ordered again before I wrote these lines. 
I am a mediocre player but I love Badminton. The racket I bought (Apacs Duplex Power 55 Black (10U) with Yonnex NBG 98 String) is indeed very light. It makes me play a lot more with ease. I am surprised how well I am now able to direct the shuttlecock to where I want it to go to.  Not only my play mates and my friends but in addition this racket amplifies my fun factor of playing. To me personally this racket is grand.

I recently bought two of the above Racquet, and its great so light weight and and great repulsion. I'm always happy with Badminton Bay when I make a purchase and Customer Service is outstanding.

Many thanks for the prompt shipping. I bought 4 Rackets and the delivery was only 4 work days after the order - couldn't be quicker. Quality is very good - as always. There ist only one thing that I'd like to bring up. Why do you wrap the overgrip around the plastic cover of the racket grip? I always have to wrap off the overgrip, remove the plastic cover and wrap the overgrip back to the racket. That's all for now - will order next time again. Many thanks, Sebastian

I had my first order since 2017, and that racket still used by my daughter as she learned fully and now into higher level from beginner. Raquets are reliable, durable amd cheaper in comparison with other brands. All my orders comes on time and intact. I just ordered her a new raquet for her, its coming now. Thanks Badminton bay.

Excellent racket!!! I used to play with Astrox 9 which is 4U. I developed shoulder and elbow injury which was not going away. This impacted my game severely. I order one Hammerhead. It changed my life. Not only my injuries got fixed but my overall game improved significantly. The swift racket movement improved my defence whereas the balance and flex improved my smash power. Now I have 4 Hammerheads in my bag :)
