They offered to have my new racket prepared (strung + grip wrapped) even without asking much / checking the "defect" racket :D. When I have arrived, the "defect" racket suddenly stopped making noise, however they still exchange the new racket for me. :)

Awesome service and product
I was skeptical about ordering an Apacs racket having played with a Yonex my whole life. A friend recommended Apacs and I took a chance (ordered a Stern 90 Offensive for my doubles play) and I must say, I've been very pleased with the product. I've not used my Yonex Nanoray or Arcsaber since I got hold of this racket. I use it for Singles and Doubles play and high tension and light weight make the transition very easy. Badmint onBay's service is also really good. I ordered the racket from North Carolina in US and it reached me in 7 working days(10 days in total) as they promised. I will buy from them again.
