I ordered a couple of badminton rackets, a bag, and a pair of shorts several weeks ago. I was amazed that everything arrived only a week later. The stringing and the rackets were excellent. I have to hand it to these guys. Delivered from Malaysia to USA in 2 days and strung nicely with my choice of tension. I didn't pick the color of strings/grips, but that's ok, they had pretty good taste and picked colors that went well with my APACS racket choices. Haven't played with them yet, but the initial buying experience is overwhelmingly great!

Доброго дня! Скорость доставки до Москвы просто отлично! Почт а РФ медленная как черепаха. Посылку в Мурманске дважды отправляли на сортировку, так как посылка приходила в другое почтовое отделение. Купил три ракетки. Заказал три обмотки. Почему обмотки намотали на транспортирово чную пленку? Пришлось выбросить три обмотки. Подс кажите если в следующий раз я не буду заказывать намотать обмотку на рукоятку, мне её пришлют бесплатно, чтобы я её сам намотал?

Sorry if our product's option is confusing you earlier, we apologize...:)  Yes, you may opt to leave the grips (обмотки) out in your future order by choosing ' Do not wrap' at the grip option :) Or you can tell us in special instruction :)
