Overall, the ordering process went smoothly, and the delivery was quite fast. However, I was disappointed that I unexpectedly had to pay import duties upon arrival, which made the purchase more expensive than I anticipated. Also, after only three sessions of play, the strings on one of the rackets already broke, which was quite disappointing given that the rackets seemed of good quality at first. I hope this feedback helps you improve your service and product quality control in the future.

Good Communication and Delivery

The racquets ordered and from the moment it was paid. Communication was good and progress was notified. Strung to specified tensions. Only concern was, the individual racquets should have come with their own bags. I bought a racquet after this order in India (had a unplanned trip), I was provided with a APEX racquet pouch to fit single racquet. I believe its normal to get a racquet pouch when a new racquet is bought anywhere, not just a piece of racquet alone. Rest are good, packing and product.

Excellent Service!

I ordered three rackets to Switzerland and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were delivered. However, my excitement about the fast delivery was quickly dampened when I discovered that all three rackets were damaged. I couldn’t determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or was due to incorrect stringing. I reported the issue to BBY, and I was truly impressed: without any hassle and with remarkable speed, they sent me three brand-new, undamaged rackets. A truly exemplary customer service experience. First time I ever bought from a country other than the U.S. The racket came on the earliest time it was expected to and the customer service was top tier. They kept in touch during the racket delivery and right after. Would buy from Badminton Bay again if I had to. 11/10 business. For the racket itself, it performed as expected if not better. For future reference I would buy another racket here if not more than a racket. I am very happy with my purchase.
