I purchased 3 badminton racquets, as well as shirt, socks and extra racquet handle overgrips. Th e order process went very smoothly. All items were exactly as I expected, efficiently packaged, in good quality and condition, and arrived even faster than promised, which was a very pleasant surprise given I made the order over the end-of-year Christmas rush. The team at Badminton Bay were very communicative and pleasant throughout the order and afterward, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying badminton gear! One small note - when asking them to place overgrips on the racquets, they unfortunately wrapped over the original plastic wrap on the racquet's handle, leading to the grip slipping and coming loose after a few uses. Maybe need a special reminder to remove the plastic wrap before applying new overgrips.
