I got 2 rackets from Badminton Bay and the process was very smooth. I was not sure about that String and Grip color, however Jo emailed me with the options I have for the string and grip and I was so happy to choose them and customize my racket. The delivery was ahead of time (a day early) and the product was as purchased and the packing was very safe. I even got a pair of socks for free!! Thank you Badminton Bay!! The only thing I noticed was the string in my APACS NANO FUSION 722 was incorrect in one of the grommet, but that is not affecting my daily play since I am only an amateur player... I will again buy from Badminton Bay in future. Keep up the good work
