I ordered a Yonex Duora-77 LCW Blue/orange Edition Badminton Racquet from them on 2/27/17. The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a Whats-app number and they are very prompt in response. Being living in The United-States, I would confidently say, I have not experienced a better Customer-service then Badminton bay anywhere else . Not only they helped me to choose my strings but also sent me pictures of my racquet with the strings, so that I know how would my racquet look later with the strings on. Keep the good work up. I will also post about the performance of Duoraa 77 LCW , still waiting for my racquet to arrive :) Cheer!
