Yonex NANOFLARE 800 badminton racket is a racket designed for incredible speed to support aggressive play and rapid-fire rallies.
This racket is for intermediate to advanced players looking to command the game with maximum speed and effortless force.

The main new feature of the NANOFLARE 800 is the ultra-thin Razor Frame, which is aerodynamic from all angles. Compared with other thin frames, the 360° streamlined Razor Frame means air resistance is reduced by up to 11.5% from all angles*1, resulting in a faster swing speed. This also means that shuttle speeds off the racquet have increased. 

Additionally, a high elasticity carbon has been utilized in the top of the frame for repulsion, while a new graphite material, TORAYCA® M40 X*2 that is both strong and highly elastic is used in the lower part of the frame. This is the 800’s iteration of the Sonic Flare System, designed to rapidly eject the shuttle after contact.

Sonic Flare System

The revolutionary highly strong yet elastic graphite TORAYCAR M40X and SUPER HMG provide unrivalled power and stability for maximum shuttle acceleration. 

Improved shot speeds by positioning high modulus graphite at the top and bottom of the frame. SUPER HMG graphite utilized at the top of the frame, and the new carbon fiber TORAYCA® M40X, along the bottom greatly improves the stability of the frame and the repulsion performance of the racket.
Ultra-thin Razor Frame (NEW)

Yonex's new Razor Frame reduces air resistance from all angles.

By reducing the upper part of the frame by 13% and the lower part by 15.1%, when compared to conventional thin-frame racqkets, air resistance is reduced by 9.3% in the upper portion of the frame and 11.5% in the lower. The Ultra Slim Shaft adds to the aerodynamic properties of the racket. End result : Quick speeds helps player reach the shuttle earlier, improving their ability to pressure opponents with aggressive drives and pushes.
NANOMETRIC

NANOMETRIC* improves the bonding strength between the carbon fibres enabling us to take racket shaft construction to another level. By reducing the amount of carbon in the shaft to make it 60%* thinner than a conventional racket whilst retaining stiffness, YONEX has created a revolutionary lightweight racket with lightening head speed and control.

Extra Slim Shaft 6.7mm Cutting edge nano carbon technology is used to produce an ultra-thin, ultra-tough, aerodynamic shaft, created for a faster, stronger and more intense shot.
New Grommet Pattern The single-pass grommet hole construction provides more grommet holes for a more high-performance stringing pattern.
Solid Feel Core The built-in solid feel core cuts harmful miscellaneous vibration at impact. Solid feel core is carried in all rackets manufactured in Japan.

ISOMETRIC

 The square-shaped ISOMETRIC frame shape is designed to keep vertical strings at a similar length, as well as the horizontal strings to produce an expanded sweet spot in all directions.
New Built-in T-Joint ‘NEW’ Built-in T-Joint is manufactured from a special lightweight plastic combined with epoxy resin and foaming agent that enhances quality and performance by increasing the stability of the shuttle on the string bed and through the air.
