View Your Order History
You can view or print invoice for any of your order by going into "My Account" page and click on the "View your order history" link. Look for the order you want to view, and click on the "View" button.
Cancel Items from an Order
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Badminton Bay, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately if the item status is still showing “Processing” in My Order History under My Order in My Account. Please state your Order number and the reason to cancel your order.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.
Reviewing and Changing Your Orders
You may review the details and status of any order you have placed via Shopping Cart. Please note that no changes can be made for any order once it has entered the shipping process.
Canceling Gift Certificates
Orders for Gift Certificates cannot be canceled through My Account. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation request for such an order, please contact us to let us know how you would like to change your order. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
Revising Shipping and Billing Information for an Order
It's easy to revise shipping and billing information for an order you placed with Badminton Bay. Before you checkout, you can change your shipping address, by clicking the Change Address on the Shipping Method page.
If an order is marked as "Shipped," this means it had been shipped out and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package did not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you may decide to have the item ship to you again with additional shipping charges or to cancel the order.
