We can ship to virtually any address in the world. The shipping cost will depends on the destination address. After you have added an item to the shopping cart, you can use the Shipping Options tools at the Shopping Cart to get the shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Date
The estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including how quickly we can obtain and package the items for shipment, your destination address, and whether you have requested to ship items as they become available. The estimated shipping or delivery date:
Delivery to Malaysia within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery to Asia and Australasia within 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery to Europe and North America within 10 to 15 business days.
Delivery to the rest of the world within 10 to 20 business days.
Economy Express Shipping (IE)
Delivery to Worldwide within 5-7 business days.
Priority Express Shipping (IP)
Delivery to Worldwide within 3-5 business days.
We calculate the estimated delivery date by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes for the package to travel from our office to your destination address. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble before we are able to ship them to you.

For example, if you order an item to be delivered to United States, usually it is shipped in 1-2 days, and the transit time is 10-15 days, you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive in 12 to 18 business days after you place it.

What if I want to get my items faster?
You can choose a faster shipping option selecting the Express Shipping option during checkout. Currently we provide both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options and are available on the online order form.
All shipping options will require 1-2 days handling time before order is shipped out. Total delivery time will be handling time plus shipping duration.
Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster option will not change the estimated shipping date but your estimated delivery date will improve.
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
How much does shipping cost?

What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
Orders shipped will have tracking information available in your email. If you do not receive the tracking information please e-mail us.
Please check for this information:
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members, or with your colleagues if you are sending it to your work place. Packages are occasionally left with colleagues, neighbors or a building manager.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable. Please refer to the Undeliverable Packages for detail.
- If there is no tracking information or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.
Badminton Bay will gladly accept orders from all around the globe. The available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your orders.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country of your order. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
For your protection, all order from Badminton Bay will be shipped with a trackable method.
We are currently shipping to any country in the world, except North Korea.
For products shipped internationally, please note that manufacturer service options may not be available; manufacturer warranty may not be valid; product instructions, manuals and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with the destination country specifications, standards and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Badminton Bay, the recipient is the importer of the product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is very important to us, and we know that you are concern about how the information of your order is used and shared. We would like our customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
We may also provide certain product, shipment and order information to our shipping agent, and such information may be communicated by the agent to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Returns & Replacements
The above terms also apply to any replacement product we might ship (in our discretion) if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient of the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
In some cases the packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the package is returned as undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full refund (excluding the shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still like to purchase items that are undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of it after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please e-mail us.
Reasons for package undeliverable
A package may be undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order. If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not be able to reach its destination.
To change an incorrect or outdated address from your account, click the "View or change entries in my address book" link in "My Account" and click on the address you want to update.
Carrier Company Does Not Deliver to the PO Box Address.
Addresses with PO Box may not be able to deliver by some of the carrier company.
Address Format. If an address was entered in a format that does not recognized by our carrier, the package may not be shipped. To ensure that such packages are routed through properly please make sure that the Shipping Address at the checkout form is correct according to the destination country.
Other Address Problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions determined by the penitentiary associated with the items.
It is also possible in some rare cases that the address label become illegible during shipping and handling process. Or that the carrier company made a mistake and deliver the package to a different address then what is printed on the label.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of the carrier companies will normally make 3 attempts to deliver a package or a collection note is left at the destination address. All our delivered package always require a signature when accepting it. If there is no one present to accept the delivered package or no one show up with the collection note to collect the package, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient. If the package is refuse by the recipient because they believe it is sent to them in error. You may want to let your family or friends know that you are expecting a package.
Items listed as "In Stock" are already available at our office and ready to be shipped out.
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. The product is only assigned to your order after you confirm the order and receive e-mail confirmation that we have received your order.
Once the items you order are in stock, we will package and ship them to you. This process can take few hours to few days. Most orders will ship out within 2-3 days.
The item that is "Temporarily Out of Stock" is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will notify you via e-mail the expected delivery date as soon as the information is available to us.
Tracking Your Package
We will e-mail you the shipment information and tracking confirmation number, so that you can track your package, once the package has been delivered to the shipping agent.
You can check your order status by going to "My Account" page.
The status "Shipped" means we have already shipped the package.
All the history summary of your orders is always available in "My Account".
We currently offer Standard shipping method online and Express shipping by request.
What happen if my order does not arrive after the Estimated Delivery Date?
If your order does not arrive 1 week after the estimated delivery date, the package may be lost. Please use the tracking information to trace the package and check for the following information if available:
- Tracking information indicates that the package already been delivered: Please check with your family members or neighbors or with your colleagues if you are sending it to your work place. Packages can be occasionally left with building manager, colleagues, neighbors or family members.
- Tracking information indicates that the package is undeliverable: This is if the package is returned back to us, or if the address is incorrect. Please refer to the "Undeliverable Packages" for more information.
- No tracking information available: If there is no tracking or delivery information on your package, please e-mail us. Please confirm that the shipping address is correct when you write to us about the lost package.
Order Statuses and Their Meanings
There are a few order statuses available for your order. These order status and meaning are shown below:
After you click on the "Confirm Order" button on the Checkout process, and waiting for the payment to be completed.
We have received the order and payment confirmation. We will start preparing and packing your order for delivery.
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will hand it over to our shipping agent to be delivered to you.
The order has arrived at your shipping address according to the tracking information.
You have received and satisfied with the order.
We received your return and the refund is completed.
